If you change your mind that is no problem – If you’re not totally satisfied with your product you can return your eligible items at no cost within 30 days of the delivery date.When you receive your order please check and make sure your items are what you ordered and that they are in perfect condition. If not, get in touch within 10 working days so we can make it right for you..

Items returned to us outside of the 30 day return window, or items purchased from other outlets and not directly through Amazon are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. Tweez ER products are sold exclusively through the Amazon platform.

• 1. All items purchased from Amazon can be returned within 30 days
• 2. Original shipping is non-refundable
• 3. Any personalized or engraved items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged
• 4. Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method only. We cannot reimburse to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
• 5. To maintain the best shopping and product-return experience to our customers , Tweez ER reserves the right to limit returns if we suspect any misuse of our Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud)

TO BEGIN THE RETURNS PROCESS, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW:

• 2. Tap the 3 horizontal bars in the top left hand corner.
• 3. If using a mobile device tap ’Orders’ otherwise tap on ‘My Account’, then ‘Orders’
• 4. Each order will be in a box, click the return items button on the right hand side
• 5. Click the checkmark next to each product you want to return.
• 6. Amazon will now prompt you on your next steps to take

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You have a small window prior to you order being processed and shipped where you can cancel your order. Because we want to ship your product to you in record speed, we are typically unable to stop the shipping process once it begins. If this happens, and you do not want to keep the product it can be returned through the above process. You just state that you changed your mind.

I PURCHASE MY ITEM(S) WITH A SINGLE-USE COUPON CODE, BUT THEN LATER RETURNED MY PURCHASE. CAN I GET THAT COUPON BACK SO I CAN RE USE IT?

Regrettably no, once used they have expired and cannot be used again or re issued.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE?

Packages that are returned to Amazon for whatever reason will be credited back to your original payment method. This could be an incorrect address,multiple failed delivery attempts, unclaimed at your local USPS/UPS facility or refused or returned to sender.

To avoid disappointment please triple check  your addresses and make sure the recipient knows the package is coming.

If you still require the product you would need to begin the order process again.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches the Amazon warehouse. Typically your refund is processed much quicker. Once you refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email from Amazon.
